Panel Discussion on Visions of Brazilian Modernity: From Tarsila to Sonia
Please join us for a panel discussion between Sofia Gotti (associate professor, Courtauld Institute of Art), Sergio Martins (professor at the History Department, Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro), Kiki Mazzucchelli (independent curator and writer), and Luis Pérez-Oramas (art historian and curator) who will discuss Brazilian modernism, in conjuction with the Visions of Brazilian Modernity: From Tarsila to Sonia exhibition at Blum & Poe Gallery and in collaboration with Mendes Wood, on Brazilian modern works from important Brazilian collections.
